NEWBOLD WOMEN’S GROUP   No meeting in August.  The September meeting will be on the 4th when Mike Spriggs will present an evening of Gilbert and Sullivan pieces of music.  7.30pm in the parish room.

      Sixteen members enjoyed afternoon tea at Edensor, in the Old Post Office, for their summer outing.  Some chose to go and look round the church and graveyard, after tea.  It was a sunny afternoon and the sandwiches, scones and cakes were very tasty.
