Notices

  • Evangelist – The June magazine is available at the back of church.
  • Water into Wine Stall – Donations of FULL bottles of wine would be gratefully received to enable us to make this stall a great success. We do not require any more empty bottles. Thankyou the Lawrence family. 
  • Jumble Jars Stall – Church Fete We are now collecting jars for the Jumble Jar stall. Please leave any on the table at the back of Church, ideally filled with inexpensive items such as wrapped biscuits, chocolates, toiletries, stationery or any other suitable items.  Please wash, then remove the label from the jar and attach the lid. Suitable empty jars might include coffee, sauces, preserves or similar types.  Thanks.
  • Pet Tombola – Church Fete Donations are needed for the pet tombola stall to be held at the fete. Suitable items include treats, food, and toys (new toys only please) for dogs and cats. There is a box at the back of church for donations please up to and including Wednesday 1st hank you in advance for your support.
  • Revd Rebecca – is to be ordained priest at Derby Cathedral on Saturday 20th June at 4pm. The service is open to the public and Rebecca would be glad of your support. There should be plenty of room, but see Rebecca, Richard or Wendy if you would like a ticket for reserved seating, or would like travel assistance. 
  • Walsingham 2026 – The second deposit of £20 is now due for the Walsingham Pilgrimage which takes place on Friday 11th to Sunday 13th September. Please pay today Sunday 31st May thank you.
  • Wednesday Mass – will take place in the Lady Chapel during the building work. Please enter church by the main entrance and then enter the Lady Chapel through the choir vestry. Refreshments will be in the Parish Room as normal after the service.
  • Wine Water Bread – After the peace we take the elements to the altar. If anyone would like to be part of this please see Richard or Wendy. It might be for a birthday, special anniversary or in memory of someone that you would like to remember.
  • Prayer List – Please let Richard know if you would like a person putting on our sick prayer list. You must get the persons permission for us to add them to the list, thank you.
  • Notice Board – If you have the opportunity please read the notices on the main notice board in the entrance to church.
