The Lady Chapel was created by the extension of the church in 1957. It was refurbished in 1964 when Canon Moore was Rector in memory of Minnie Atrill, William and Mary Clithero, Charles and Edith Preece and Janet Squires. Recently it has been made more prominent by the removal of the screen separating it from the main body of the church.
